Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations guidance and investigate issues with thorough documentation.
• Advise managers on performance management, coaching and policy application.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Manage multi-state, multi-departmental remote workforce considerations.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Support HR initiatives and participate in special projects as needed.
