Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Human Resources professional to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business. You will oversee recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and ensure compliance with labor laws including OSHA standards.

You will maintain records, analyze HR metrics, and guide managers and staff on HR matters. The role requires strong data analysis, HRIS/ATS proficiency, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience using HRIS systems such as ADP, Insperity or Paychex.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills to inform HR decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interactions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data collection for reporting purposes.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
