Evolution Hospitality seeks a Purchasing Manager OEM to oversee procurement, inventory control, and vendor relations at the Queen Mary property in Long Beach, CA. You will negotiate costs and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursement and accurate receiving schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 3+ years of hotel purchasing experience, strong MS Office skills, and proven negotiation and analytical abilities. Overtime may apply for OEM duties.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 3+ years hotel or related purchasing experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

Mansioni

• Direct procurement, disbursement, shipping quantities and receiving schedules.
• Negotiate with vendors for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment and services.
• Assist with vendor relationships and discovery of new resources.
• Coordinate purchases to capital projects with Finance and outside contractors.
