Hospitality Purveyors Inc is seeking a Purchasing Agent – Ops., and Eng. to lead procurement for Resorts, focusing on equipment, operational and engineering needs.

You will source equipment, goods and services, coordinate shipments and collaborate with internal departments to meet expectations. Responsibilities include managing site requisitions, preparing RFQs, negotiating, processing POs, and resolving supplier issues with the Resorts Engineering and Operations teams.

Competenze

• 2- or 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years purchasing of MEP – Hospitality Preferred.
• Knowledge of import procedures and practices.

Mansioni

• Manage Operational Requisitions for Engineering and Operational specifications.
• Validate descriptions and specifications meet requirements and timelines.
• Process Site Requisitions for MEP and Equipment with Project Managers.
• Lead communication with Resorts Engineering, Operational Teams and Project Managers.
• Prepare, process, and monitor purchase orders accurately and promptly.
• Address discrepancies between purchase orders and received goods.
• Generate procurement reports as needed.
