Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for the Norfolk Sheraton in Norfolk, VA. This full-time role offers a compensation range of $190,000–$200,000 plus bonus, with final pay determined by experience and location. The GM will lead a 468-room property, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring extensive hotel leadership, operations experience, and proficiency with Microsoft tools and hotel systems. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as General Manager, or 2+ years as GM of 2+ hotels.
• Experience with major branded full-service hotels and brand standards.
• Extensive rooms and/or F&B operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, cloud apps, and hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on operational plans to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Lead associates to meet Atrium’s service and satisfaction goals.
• Utilize brand tools to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of the property and IT systems.
• Manage loss prevention and risk policies to protect assets and safety.
• Engage with associates to improve hotel culture and Atrium values.
