Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager in a full-service hotel environment.
• Proven track record of delivering financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of hotel financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for hotel operations, financial performance, guest experience, and associate engagement.
• Develop and execute the hotel’s annual business plan, budget, forecasts, and operating strategies.
• Analyze performance and implement strategies to drive revenue, profitability, market share, and asset value.
• Maintain strong relationships with ownership, Crescent leadership, and Marriott.
