Flight Centre Travel Group USA’s Corporate Traveler brand in Boston is seeking a Corporate Land Program Manager to lead hotel and car rate negotiations for SME customers across the US and Canada. You will shape programs using market intelligence, supplier partnerships, and performance data to maximize value for customers and the business.

You will build scalable frameworks, influence internal stakeholders, and create seamless processes connecting negotiation, rate loading, and commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience with corporate transient travel and hotel sourcing.
• Ability to quantify commercial impact and develop data-driven strategies.
• Familiarity with GDS and online booking tools.
