Corporate Traveler, part of Flight Centre Travel Group USA, is seeking a highly analytical Corporate Land Program Manager based in Chicago, IL. You will lead rate negotiation strategy for hotel and car programs across SME accounts in the US and Canada, building scalable frameworks and driving commercial value.

You will collaborate with internal teams to connect negotiation, rate loading, and commission processes, while leveraging data and AI insights to improve program governance and savings for

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate transient travel and supplier negotiations.
• Experience using CVENT Lanyon for hotel sourcing and negotiations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain hotel/car programs and relationships.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel and car rate negotiation strategy for SME customers in the US and Canada.
• Build scalable frameworks and influence internal stakeholders on program strategy.
• Design processes linking rate negotiation, loading, and commissions.
• Develop dashboards to measure savings, margins, and ROI.
• Train teams on negotiation strategies and program positioning.
