C Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Capital Projects at a Crescent-managed property in Phoenix. You will oversee engineering, maintenance, and capital improvement initiatives, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day hotel operations to uphold brand standards.

You will collaborate with General Manager, asset management, architects, designers, and contractors to deliver safe, on-time projects within budget, while leading a high-performing Engineering team and ensuring

Formación

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and hotel preventative maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with General Managers, ownership, investors, vendors and other stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide visible, ongoing leadership to the hotel's Engineering team.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and budget adherence.
• Support annual capital budgeting and data collection.
• Manage and negotiate service contracts to ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports and maintenance logs.
