Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking an Area Engineering Project Manager for the Renaissance Las Vegas property, responsible for planning, executing, and delivering capital improvement projects on time and within budget. You will work with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and report progress to leadership across multiple hotel properties.

The role requires coordinating project plans, scopes, and budgets, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive supervisory/management experience or project management in hospitality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Define project scope and deliverables with senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
• Maintain project files and daily logs; oversee Receiving and Damage Reports.
