Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead capital projects across our managed and owned hotel estate. You will own end-to-end delivery, maintain five-year capital plans, and coordinate with Regional Directors of Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Design & Construction, IT, and consultants.

Travel is approximately 75-80%. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong PM skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in capital project management in hotel environments.
• PM certifications (PMP, CCM, LEED, CFM, FMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own capital project delivery end-to-end with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintain five-year capital planning roadmaps and asset management data.
• Lead meetings, report progress, and drive process improvements.
