Responsibilities

• Provides administrative oversight for the facility, managing human, operational and financial resources.
• Leads strategic planning, budget preparation, and monitors department performance against budgets.
• Represents the corporation with communities, government, and partners to bolster referrals and market growth.
• Develops outpatient and ambulatory programs and ensures compliance with corporate goals and policies.
• Drives quality improvement, governance, and accountability across operations.
