The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in hospital leadership, experience with rehabilitation or LTAC settings, and a history of building positive relationships with local government,

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in hospital leadership or equivalent.
• Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care experience is required.
• Verbal acumen to engage public, media and donors.
• Strong writing and numerical analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative oversight for the facility and manages human, operational and financial resources.
• Engages with providers and leads community relations and referral development efforts.
• Participates in operating and capital budget preparation and monitoring.
• Develops strategic goals and plans for market area in coordination with Corporate.
• Monitors progress toward strategic goals and ensures compliance across departments.
