- Five (5) years of hospital leadership or equivalent experience in healthcare.
- Rehabilitation or LTAC experience is required.
- Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative oversight for the facility; assists managers with human, operational and financial resources.
- Engages with providers and leads community organizations to grow market awareness and referrals.
- Participates in budgeting processes and monitors department budgets; assists with capital equipment procurement.
- Develops and implements strategic goals and plans for the market area; ensures compliance with goals.
