• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of healthcare management experience, preferably as a hospital/healthcare facility CEO/COO.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF).
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and authorization to achieve goals.
• Translate strategy into measurable objectives with the Board of Managers.
• Establish operational controls, reporting systems, and dashboards.
• Oversee financial structure and results; take corrective action when needed.
• Recruit and develop a high-performance management team; build succession depth.
• Negotiate, administer, and terminate contracts with providers consistent with Board authority.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, CARF, and related standards.
• Foster superior clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
