Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• Five (5) years’ experience in hospital leadership or equivalent in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations.
• Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care experience, as applicable, is required.
• Verbal and writing skills, numerical acumen, strategic thinking and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative oversight for the assigned facility; assists managers with human, operational and financial resources.
• Willingly accepts special projects; works within time and financial constraints; presents data and outcomes professionally.
• Engages with providers and establishes a leadership role in community organizations to grow public awareness and referral development.
• Participates in budget preparation and monitoring; assists in procurement of capital equipment when approved.
• Provides input to Corporate on strategic goals and plans for the market area; monitors compliance with goals.
• Leads with inclusive practices; coaches, evaluates, develops and inspires staff; maintains accountability and ethics.
