Formación

• Master's Degree preferred; or Bachelor's with work experience equivalent to a Master's.
• Five years of management experience in healthcare, with 2-3 years in a senior role.
• Ability to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts; holidays may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Joint Commission standards; lead a culture of inclusion.
• Drive patient access, service lines, and community engagement to advance the Encompass Health mission.
