Job summary

Syneos Health in Holland, MI seeks a Hospital Account Specialty Representative to grow the territory by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on product value.

The Senior Account Specialty Representative will build hospital relationships, provide scientific information, and drive territory growth through effective engagement and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech.
• 3+ years calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making processes and formulary management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within disease state and approved products.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff and clinic personnel using a customer-engagement model.
• Utilize and manage resources to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive aligned execution and business success.
