• Must hold BS or PharmD and be in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills and business acumen for profitable operations.
• Good leadership and staff management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Acts as a liaison between the Board of Management and staff.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments.
• Upholds regulatory mandates on health care provision by professionals.
• Resolves questions, problems, and issues across departments.
• Implements and upholds company policies and protocols for service to consumers.
• Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
• Maintains knowledge of USP <797> for sterile compounding quality and sterility.
• Oversees performance improvement processes and assigns staff to initiatives.
• Reviews chart and lab results for product and device selection and supply management.
• Evaluates physician medication orders for safety, cost, accuracy, and completeness.
• Monitors patient progress and communicates results to physicians and healthcare team.
• Supervises compounding, packaging, and labeling of pharmacy products.
• Assists in training and orientation of new employees and ongoing education.
• Participates in on-call rotation as needed.
