Job summary

Priestley Management Company is seeking a dedicated Portfolio Community Association Manager to join our team. You will oversee a portfolio of community associations, serving as the primary contact for homeowner and board inquiries, and you will collaborate with boards to implement strategic plans.

You will manage vendor relationships, ensure services meet standards, and prepare annual budgets with transparency.

Qualifications

• Experience in community association management.
• Knowledge of HOA laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of community associations and serve as primary contact for homeowner and board inquiries.
• Collaborate with board members to implement strategic plans for each community association.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure services meet the standards set by the associations.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for each association, ensuring financial stability and transparency.
• Coordinate and attend regular board meetings, providing updates on operations and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and governing documents.
• Work closely with board members to address homeowner concerns and foster positive environments.
