Qualifications

• 3–4 years of HOA management experience
• 2–3 years of customer service experience
• CAI or CACM certification a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages all operations for a portfolio of community associations.
• Provides leadership and consulting on HOA best practices.
• Runs monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual board meetings.
• Interacts with boards, vendors, contractors, and homeowners.
• Maintains client satisfaction and account retention.
