Green Key Resources seeks a strategic financial leader to oversee HOA and resort-style financial governance, including multi‑entity structures, audits, and compliance with GAAP.

The role directs budgeting, cash management, and financial reporting to the board, lenders, and regulators, partnering with executives to ensure accurate statements, internal controls, and timely insights across all properties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years financial leadership experience, including public accounting.
• CPA or CMA certification required.
• Deep HOA/condo finance in timeshare/resort environments.
• Strong GAAP knowledge including real estate accounting.
• Experience with multi-entity structures and intercompany transactions.
• Proven ability to work with boards, lenders, auditors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee long-term budget planning with executives aligned to strategic plan.
• Supervise budget implementation and report operational metrics.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Oversee cash management and tax nexus with advisors.
• Coordinate finance, accounting, audit, and tax with third parties.
• Present financial insights to board and lenders.
• Ensure internal controls and risk management for HOA.
• Provide monthly variance and reserve analyses.
• Lead IT/automation improvements in reporting.
