HomeOwners Advantage LLC seeks an accomplished CFO/Finance Director to steer strategic financial planning, reporting, and governance across multi-property engagements. Lead the financial strategy to drive growth, profitability, and acquisitions while partnering with the executive team to guide major decisions.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax, treasury, and client-money compliance, while strengthening internal controls and multi-entity reporting.

Qualifikationen

• CPA license is REQUIRED.
• Senior finance leadership experience (CFO/Finance Director or equivalent).
• Experience managing client relationships and teams in large firms or Fortune 500 environments.
• Strong knowledge of service-charge accounting, client money, budgeting, cash flow, and statutory reporting.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver the company’s financial strategy to support growth, profitability, acquisitions, and operational excellence.
• Act as trusted adviser to the Executive team with insights on performance, risks, opportunities, and investment decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and long-range financial plans.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, payroll oversight, and financial systems.
• Produce monthly management accounts, board packs, KPIs, forecasts, and annual financial statements.
