Job summary

SimSpace is seeking a Senior Hiring & Internal Mobility Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting across a mix of technical and nontechnical functions, including R&D, Product, Go-to-Market, G&A, and Professional Services. You will build and engage pipelines, maintain recruiting operations, and ensure an inclusive candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent operations experience in technology or startup environments.
• Strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Strong executive presence with concise, confident communication.
• Judgment in navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Translate business objectives into recruiting strategies and plans.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in professional workflows.
• Experience creating or implementing AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and responsible use.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Ashby is a strong plus.
