Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Internal Mobility Analyst (Recruiting) to partner with recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring employees find the next step within the company. You will assess internal applicants, craft accurate postings, and guide hiring decisions with leadership.

Experience in recruiting or HR and strong communication are essential. This 100% onsite role requires relocating if not local and may demand extended hours to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1+ years of professional experience in operations, recruiting, or human resources.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess each internal applicant against the job requirements, using discretion to determine fit.
• Develop accurate job postings and descriptions reflecting role needs.
• Evaluate internal candidates and identify other opportunities within SpaceX.
• Lead and participate in interview debriefs.
• Counsel hiring managers to guide hiring decisions for teams and the company.
• Analyze and consolidate interview feedback; present to candidates constructively.
• Own the full relationship with internal candidates.
• Develop strategies with recruiters and leaders to serve hiring managers.
• Reject and disposition internal applicants within recruiting SLAs and compliance.
• Create processes to bridge recruiting and HR for top-tier service.
