Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) is seeking a seasoned Roadway Project Manager to lead highway projects in North Carolina. You will plan scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery of a quality project for public agencies and private clients.

Responsibilities include risk management, progress reporting, client liaison, and guiding subconsultants; you will mentor team members and support business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from ABET accredited engineering program.
• Professional Engineer License.
• 10+ years of experience in developing roadway/highway plans.

Responsibilities

• Manages project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborates with disciplines and subconsultants to develop a risk adverse project scope and fee.
• Create and maintain project schedules; monitor progress and budgets.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and prepare progress reports.
