Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• Professional Engineer License.
• 10+ years’ experience in developing roadway/highway plans.

Responsibilities

• Manages project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborates with disciplines and subconsultants to develop project scope and fee.
• Develops project plans and quality management plans.
• Creates and maintains project schedules.
• Manages subconsultants and coordinates resources.
• Communicates project status and issues to stakeholders.
• Lead project status updates and client communications.
• Assist marketing with proposals and interviews.
