Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office and ability to accurately enter and manage transaction data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding tender acceptance, order creation, shipment status, and service issues.
• Ensure complete and accurate order entry via EDI, web tender, email, fax, or phone.
• Manage daily load acceptance and provide timely updates and status reports to customers.
• Receive shipment requirements and identify competitive truckload or intermodal options; evaluate costs and availability.
• Establish margin expectations for quotes while remaining competitive.
• Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure timely execution.
• Identify and respond to shipment disruptions and implement contingency plans to minimize impact.
• Review customer invoice discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Accounting, and Planning teams; support onboarding of new customers.
