Responsibilities

• Carrier Sourcing & Relationship Management: develop and maintain carrier relationships; identify capacity; negotiate rates; evaluate carriers and support procurement decisions.
• Load Coverage & Shipment Execution: identify loads, secure capacity, coordinate over-the-road shipments; manage bookings and service expectations; communicate with carriers.
• Financial & Operational Support: coordinate accessorial approvals; review charges and discrepancies; maintain carrier data in TMS; resolve billing issues.
• Professional Responsibilities & Safety: comply with company policies; support customer requirements; maintain safety standards.
