Responsabilités

• Lead the team's competitive intelligence gathering and content evaluation activities, collaborating with key partners to interpret findings into strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
• Drive content ideation with authors, subject-matter experts, and industry partners on select projects grounded in market insights, emerging trends, currency needs, and alignment with Editorial Manager priorities.
• Develop and maintain strategic documentation, content tracking, and an author talent database that support strong program execution.
• Build and update competitive benchmarks to inform editorial strategy and decision-making.
• Serve as key contact for customer-reported content-related blocking issues, partnering cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective resolution.
