You will lead competitive intelligence gathering, drive content ideation with authors and experts, and maintain essential documentation and talent databases.

Qualifications

BA or BS degree required.
Minimum 2 years in a related field preferred.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI, CRM and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead competitive intelligence gathering and content evaluation with partners.
Drive content ideation with authors and experts based on market insights.
Develop and maintain program documentation and an author talent database.
Build competitive benchmarks to inform editorial strategy.
Resolve customer-reported content blocking issues cross-functionally.
