Job summary

Velocitii is seeking a Recruiting Solutions Lead to manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume customer service and contact center roles within a fast-paced BPO environment. You will build candidate pipelines, screen and interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and able to balance competing priorities while partnering with Operations and HR to meet hiring timelines and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for high-volume roles in BPO or customer-service settings.
• Ability to manage large candidate pipelines with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles.
• Develop pipelines to support current and projected hiring.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
• Extend offers and oversee onboarding processes.
