Job summary

Velocitii is seeking a Recruiting Solutions Lead to manage high-volume recruitment for customer service, contact center, and back-office roles in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with Operations, Training, and HR to anticipate staffing needs, monitor pipelines, and drive performance through analytics and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with preferred higher education.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions across multiple client programs.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and projected hiring needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, partnerships, events, and other channels.
• Conduct timely screening, interviews, and follow-ups; coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate status in systems and tracking tools.
• Partner with Operations, Training, and HR to understand upcoming hiring requirements.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust sourcing strategies to improve outcomes.
