Job summary

Velocitii is seeking a Recruiting Solutions Lead to manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles within a fast-paced BPO environment. You will source, screen, interview, and transition qualified candidates into new-hire training classes while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in BPO, contact center, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or customer-service recruiting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a large candidate pipeline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking/recruiting technology.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume positions in a BPO environment.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, partnerships, events, and other channels.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up; coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend offers and guide candidates through pre-employment and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and real-time visibility into hiring progress.
• Partner with Operations, Training, Workforce Management, and HR to understand hiring and training needs.
• Monitor recruiting results, KPIs, and implement improvements to candidate flow and conversion.
