Job summary

Velocitii is seeking a Recruiting Solutions Lead to manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will source, screen, interview, select, and transition candidates into training classes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple requisitions, and collaboration with Operations, Training, and HR to align hiring with client needs and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous BPO, contact center, healthcare, insurance, or financial services recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a large candidate pipeline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, metric-focused environment.
• Ability to prioritize rapidly changing hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume customer service, contact center, back-office, and other operational positions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines sufficient to support current and projected hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, recruiting events, and other channels.
• Conduct timely applicant review, phone screens, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
• Coordinate interviews and selection activities with hiring managers and operations leadership.
• Extend employment offers and maintain candidate engagement through the pre-employment and onboarding process.
