Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Recruiter to develop and execute recruiting strategies within an assigned region, ensuring a continuous pool of qualified candidates. Occasional overnight travel (10-15%) may be required for large events and acquisitions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Recruiting leadership, branch management, and operations to meet hiring targets and manage the recruitment process efficiently across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with advanced recruitment tech and ATS.
• Goal-oriented with initiative and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to build a ready pipeline of candidates.
• Maintain and analyze ATS data and recruitment reports.
• Lead interviews and hiring recommendations to meet regional targets.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Manager and Field Operations Leadership.
• Support branch staff with posting jobs and applicant tracking.
