Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a skilled staffing scheduler to support long-term care facilities across the region. The role focuses on coordinating staffing and training, leveraging time and attendance systems to ensure compliant, efficient schedules and strong patient care outcomes.

You will travel three days per week, work remotely two days, and endure weekly overnights as part of a dynamic, mission-driven team that values learning and service. Comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ long-term care or related health care experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a role that required scheduling or coordination of staffing or training.
• Experience with time and attendance systems, such as SmartLinx, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community of Practice groups for Schedulers to strengthen job performance, knowledge sharing, and mutual learning.
• Develop and lead the implementation of workforce best practices within the organization.
• Provide scheduling and software related support across the organization, as needed.
