Job summary

PracticeSuite is seeking an Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, industry conferences, trade shows, client appreciation events, and internal company events.

This role will oversee the entire lifecycle from planning and budgeting through execution and post-event analysis, working with Marketing and Sales to support brand positioning, growth, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in event planning, management, or corporate coordination.
• Experience with corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Experience managing event budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; travel domestically as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management platforms; familiarity with CRM/marketing automation such as HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual events calendar aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Plan and manage participation in healthcare industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Coordinate corporate events, customer appreciation events, and executive meetings.
• Identify industry events and sponsorships with strategic value; develop concepts and plans.
• Oversee event logistics including venue, booth design, vendors, catering, travel, and registrations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to promote events and manage post-event campaigns.
• Track leads and outcomes; evaluate ROI and optimize future events.
