Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Manager, Regional & Field Events to oversee regional meetings, sponsorships, and advocacy conferences.

You will partner with Field Sales, Field Medical, and Patient Advocacy to anticipate needs, manage logistics, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Responsibilities cover end-to-end portfolio management, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting or managing regional meetings, sponsorships, field-facing events, or similar programs.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent commitments without missing deadlines, deliverables, or spend.
• Experience tracking event or sponsorship budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and variance identification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio across regional meetings, sponsorships, and conferences with a single source of truth.
• Track budget and performance, forecast, and reconcile across the regional portfolio.
• Drive sponsorship and field support, including registrations, payments, deliverables, and entitlements.
• Own fulfillment center operations for two brands, including inventory management and timely distribution of materials.
• Be a reliable partner to the field, coordinating with Field Sales, Field Medical, and Patient Advocacy.
• Coordinate local venue, booth, and print/signage vendors; manage shipping, setup, and teardown.
