Sentara Health is seeking a Nurse Recruiter in Virginia Beach, VA to partner with managers and HR to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing for diverse, high-value candidates. The role covers screening, interviewing, and testing while serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers.

You will manage the recruitment process for all open positions in assigned units, address a high-volume workload, and lead projects to improve how we source and hire talent.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Two years of HR experience with a Bachelor's degree, or four years with a HS diploma/GED.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
• Registered Nurse strongly preferred.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned units, including screening and interviewing.
