Option Care Health, Inc. is recruiting for a Senior Sales Leader to drive revenue and gross margin growth across assigned territories. You will manage Account Executives, Care Transition Specialists and Coordinators, aligning sales with operations to deliver strong results.

With a strong background in healthcare B2B sales, you will develop regional plans, mentor teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand market penetration and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or clinical field.
• Experience in business-to-business healthcare sales leadership.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven track record in growing revenue and margins.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales growth by building market plans with operations counterparts.
• Directs Account Executives and Care Transition teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Develops and delivers sales presentations and leads consultative discussions.
• Maintains relationships with branch management to align sales and service.
• Monitors market trends and develops plans for new initiatives and entry strategies.
• Provides training and feedback to sales staff to improve performance.
• Oversees staffing, performance reviews, and hiring decisions for the sales team.
• Acts as player/coach to prospect and close business.
• Collaborates with alliance partners to expand opportunities within assigned territory.
