Job summary

Option Care Health in Richmond, VA seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow top-line revenue for assigned therapies. You will develop territory plans, present value to health systems, and manage key accounts with cross-functional teams.

Travel frequently to build relationships and close opportunities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, several years in healthcare sales, and strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
Or high school diploma and at least 5 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
Experience applying sales and marketing principles to promote products and services.
Ability to analyze sales data to identify issues, trends or exceptions and drive improvements.
Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

Research, develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
Present partnership opportunities to health system leaders and referral sources to drive new business.
Quantify value and terms to decision makers and manage internal and external relationships.
Organize multiple work streams and coordinate with Clinical Liaison and Branch staff to grow accounts.
Travel up to 75% for business within and out of state.
