Job summary

Option Care Health Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our home infusion services within a defined territory.

You will craft and execute sales plans, engage health system leaders and referral sources, and drive new business while maintaining strong client relationships. The role emphasizes collaboration with Clinical Liaison, Branch staff, and cross-functional teams to deliver value propositions and meet growth targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
Or high school diploma and at least 5 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
Experience applying sales and marketing principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services.
Experience analyzing and reporting sales data to identify issues and trends.

Responsibilities

Researches, develops and implements sales strategies for assigned territory.
Present partnership opportunities to health system leaders, decision makers and referral sources to drive new business growth.
Prioritizes accounts based on total potential, referrals, profitability, service needs, and probability of success.
Creates and updates short- and long-term account plans and tracks activity toward objectives.
Communicates sales strategies to key internal partners and solicits input on proposed strategies.
Manages multiple internal and external relationships to ensure customers are set up to succeed.
