CoxHealth is seeking a Reimbursement Analyst to support government and commercial payor reimbursement evaluation, analysis, and financial reporting across the organization. • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare, or related field or 8 years related experience.
• Experience preferred: healthcare or insurance financial analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to train staff and create concise data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform governmental and commercial/managed care reimbursement evaluation, analysis and financial reporting.
• Assist with cost reporting to government payors and provide patient and financial reporting to leaders and staff.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate data and defensible judgments.
