The Revenue Cycle Analyst team is responsible for various functions and support related to revenue cycle process evaluation and financial reporting and analysis. The Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst II serves as a team leader and holds additional responsibilities and decision-making authority related to facilitation of various ongoing projects, work groups and other duties such as creating work assignments, training and orientation planning, back up to manager, etc. The employee must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot inefficiencies and issues, research and make recommendations for improvement, facilitate changes, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
