Qualifications

  • Associate Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years in healthcare reimbursement in acute hospital care.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics, data science, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Effective collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Highly accountable and results-oriented.
  • Ability to educate, train, and mentor stakeholders.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

As a Reimbursement Analyst you will work closely with the payor and pricing analytics group to perform pricing reviews and implementations by modeling payor reimbursement information and providing relevant insights for decision making.

You Will Be:
