Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in health care, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Selects, hires and supervises staff and conducts annual performance appraisals.
• Develops staffing plans with administrators and ensures adequate coverage.
• Oversees billing readiness and ensures charges are captured accurately.
• Develops and enforces departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Coordinates patient satisfaction activities and interdepartmental communications.
• Manages annual site budget and monitors monthly financial reports.
