Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals Bellevue is seeking a senior administrator to oversee Ambulatory Care services, including Cancer Center, WIC, and related clinics. You will partner with clinical and nursing leaders to improve patient experience, efficiency, and quality of care.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least five years of ambulatory health care leadership experience; you will manage staff, budgeting, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance across ambulatory operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration or closely related field.
• Five years of experience in ambulatory health care programs as a practice administrator or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading administrative operations and implementing program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ambulatory Care administration across Cancer Center and related units.
• Provide coordination with clinical and nursing directors to support patient care and outcomes.
• Lead workforce management, budgeting and performance-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Nursing, Quality and other departments to drive operational improvements.
• Mentor staff and drive workflow standardization across ambulatory services.
