Job summary

Intepros seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility technology initiatives within an enterprise PMO. You will partner with application development, business stakeholders, technology leaders, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in an enterprise PMO.
• Lead software development, application development, or complex technology initiatives.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with multiple teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting skills.
• Proven ability to communicate and present to senior/executive leadership.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar enterprise planning tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility software development, implementation, and technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Partner with development and delivery teams to manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Manage multiple workstreams and optimize sequencing to reduce delivery timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, development, technology, and vendors.
• Provide clear updates to CIO-level leadership including status, risks, financials, and recommendations.
