INTEGRIS Health seeks a dedicated IT Project Manager to oversee healthcare IT initiatives from inception to completion. You will drive planning, budgeting, and compliance while coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication are essential to align projects with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Experience in healthcare IT and PMP preferred will help ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of health care IT project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through initiation, design, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Prepare RFPs, vendor contracts, purchase orders, and procurements.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and change control.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality requirements.
• Review invoices, change orders, and insurance docs.
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership.
• Support risk analysis and informed decision-making.
